The company started as a medical laboratory bussiness, with initial name as Omokoshaban Medical laboratory, which was incoprated on the 19th day of September 2022 with registration number BN3756544. However Omokoshaban medical Laboratory started operation on the 1st of November 2022, at Igo community, after Ekehuan Barrack, after Mango Mango, Before Askaf filling Station, Ovia North-East, Benin City Edo State.

Inline with the founder plan of building a solid health conglomerates industries, Omokoshaban Medical Laboratory, was upgraded to company in 2025, with the name change to Omokos Diagnostics and clinical services Ltd, and was incoprated as private company limited by shares on the 14th day of November 2025, with registration number RC8998844.
